— The A.ZaKi Manifesto
We identify problems the world has not correctly diagnosed. We design patented solutions. We build them. We license them.
— Who We Are
We develop the IP.
You bring it to market.
A.ZAKi Innovation Center generates patented solutions to problems the world has not correctly diagnosed — then licenses those solutions to corporations and governments.
Every solution is developed independently, patented then brought to market immediately.
Three engagement models: IP licensing with recurring royalties, co-development partnerships where you co-fund the process, and government contracts for large-scale problem-specific engagements.

— manifesto
The biggest risk humanity faces is not AI, but rather the lack of imagination, and complete obsession with biomimicry.
For centuries, we called imitation progress. Airplanes mimic birds. Robots mimic humans. Cities mimic anthills. The only moment humanity ever truly surpassed nature was the with the invention of the wheel. Nothing in nature rotates around a pivot and rolls.
One human mind decided nature was insufficient — and invented something nature never imagined.
That is the only definition of innovation that matters. Everything else is decoration.
— how we work
Three ways to engage
Every engagement begins with a solution that already exists. We define the problem. We build the answer. You bring it to the world.
01
IP Licensing
We develop the solution independently and file the patent before any client conversation begins. You license the right to manufacture and sell. Royalties apply on net sales.
02
Co-Development
You co-fund the prototyping phase. We retain full IP ownership. You receive first licensing rights. The risk is shared.
03
Government Contracts
We define the problem, design the solution, and deliver a working prototype or complete system. Engagement fees apply.

CASE STUDY — HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION
When 300,000 people lost their homes in a single explosion, the construction industry's answer was: wait six months. That is not a resource problem. It is a failure of imagination at industrial scale.
A modular housing unit built from a single raw material. Laser cut, brake formed, riveted. Zero welds. No skilled labor. Buildable anywhere.

If you have an idea so far ahead that most people would call it impossible —
At large scale, and built in the physical world — we would like to hear about it.
